I have always been passionate about 'making something new from something old' and the related concepts of repurposing, reusing and upcycling. Re/United Designs allows me to pursue these ideals, and provides me with the perfect creative opportunity that I long for.
I have a background in fashion and interior design, and have always been keenly aware of colour, texture, and pattern. I keep these design elements in mind as I work.
I personally design and create every item in the Re/United Designs collection. Each fashion or home accessory is 100% handmade, one-of-a-kind and lovingly sourced from vintage finds; hence 'everything old is new again'. I launched my business in May 2014, and work from a studio in my London, Ontario home.
And I love what I do every day!
